| Our car (The Red one) is a 1930s Citroen That had been in the Cody family for over 72 years .(SF Cody was the first man to build and fly an airplane for the British Army hence the name Old Cody") The car was first registered in 1931. Bought by Codys' stepson Vivian, 2nd hand in 1934 and kept in the family untill purchased by us from Vivian Codys' Grandsons in 2008. It came in poor condition but, with a very impressive history. This vehicle was completely stripped and restored to her original specification by ourselves over a long period of time and is now in 1st class condition, and ready for work on film, promotional events and weddings. The car has proved to be very popular with Brides as it allows a lot of room for wedding gowns. |
